About Us

City of North Augusta - small | Home
The Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta is a non-profit organization located on the first floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center. It is located at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Center Street at 100 Georgia Avenue. The AHC has two galleries of rotating exhibits, a permanent history exhibit and a Gift Shop full of local artwork.

The Center and gift shop are open to the public Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and 1st Sundays of the Month from 1 pm to 3 pm. Admission is free but donations are gladly accepted.
Upcoming Events & Exhibits

All Opening Receptions are Free and open to the Public

  • On view to Dec. 15 - "Fall Into Art" Exhibit by the North Augusta Artists Guild in the Main Gallery.  In the Balcony Gallery Artwork by Doug Larson.  Opening Reception will be held on November 9 from 5 to 7 pm.

  • Dec. 25 - 31 - AHC Closed for Holidays

​2018

  • Jan. 1 - AHC Closed for New Year's Day

  • Jan. 18 - Mar. 4 - Winter Exhibit featuring Robert Lyon and Alicia Cully in the Main Gallery and "Palmetto Park and Pond" History Exhibit in the Balcony Gallery.  Opening reception will be held on January 18 from 5 to 7 pm.

  • Feb. 6 - Artist Talk with Robert Lyon, SC Arts Commission Fellow, at 2:00 pm.

  • Feb. 23 - "Paint Your Palate" 2018 Fundraiser Dinner at North Augusta Community Center at 6:30 pm.  Tickets for sale in late December 2017 at the AHC.  Live and Silent auctions, raffles, music, dinner and fun.

  • Mar. 1 - Artist Talk with Alicia Cully at 2:00 pm.

  • Mar. 15 - Apr. 20 - North Augusta Cultural Arts Council's "Springfest" Exhibition in the Main Gallery and Golf Art in the Balcony Gallery.  Opening reception will be held March 15 from 5 to 7 pm.

  • Apr. 24 - Gourmet picnic fundraiser dinner at the AHC.
