Randy Lambeth Exhibit

In March, the AHC will have Randy Lambeth displaying his paintings in our Balcony Gallery.  His landscapes are often rendered in and around Augusta and the surrounding regions.  A native of Augusta, Randy has traveled throughout the US and lived in Montreal, New York and then came home to hone his techniques with the meadows, cityscapes and settings that he loves.  As Jim Garvey has written about Randy "He needed to come how.  When he did in the late 70's he saw Augusta in a new way.  He discovered the Harrisburg neighborhood and started doing urban field paintings there.  He loved the textured shadows on the old mill houses, the afternoon sun in the home gardens, and the atmosphere of neighborhood landmarks such as the Eve Street Market."

We are certainly glad that he did and think that you will enjoy discovering the work from this talented artist in our Balcony Gallery from March 16 - April 21.

The exhibit will open with a reception which is open to the public on Thursday evening, March 16 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

In accordance with IRS Section 6104 the Arts and Heritage Center of North Augusta's forms 1023 and 990
are available for public inspection on request by contacting John Bigger at (803) 278-1805.
